حرائق الغابات أتت على مساحات قياسية من أراضي الاتحاد الأوروبي عام 2025

أتت حرائق الغابات حتى الآن على أكثر من مليون هكتار من أراضي الاتحاد الأوروبي عام 2025، وهي مساحة قياسية منذ بدأت الاحصاءات عام 2006، بحسب تحليل أجرته فرانس برس للبيانات الصادرة عن "النظام الأوروبي للمعلومات المرتبطة بحرائق الغابات".

وبلغت المساحات المحترقة 1,015,731 هكتارا بحلول منتصف الخميس، متجاوزة المساحات القياسية المسجّلة عام 2017 والتي بلغت 988,524 هكتارا. وتعد المساحة المحترقة هذا العام أكبر من مساحة جزيرة قبرص.

وتستند هذه الحسابات إلى مجموع توصلت إليه فرانس برس بناء على تقديرات "النظام الأوروبي للمعلومات المرتبطة بحرائق الغابات" لكل بلد على حدة، في وقت تواصل إسبانيا والبرتغال مكافحة حرائق الغابات.
