رئاسة النيابة العامة تُعمّم بشأن مخالفات قانون الغذاء والدواء

عمّمت رئاسة النيابة العامة على النواب العامين بضرورة استكمال التحقيقات المتعلقة بالمخالفات المرتكبة خلافاً لأحكام قانون الغذاء والدواء، ومتابعة مجرياتها أمام المحاكم المختصة.

وأكد التعميم، الصادر عن رئيس النيابة العامة القاضي الدكتور نايف السمارات أهمية الترافع في هذه القضايا، ومتابعة الأحكام الصادرة بشأنها، بما يشمل مشاهدتها والطعن فيها حسب مقتضى الحال، لضمان تطبيق القانون ومساءلة المخالفين.

ويأتي هذا التعميم في إطار الجهود الرامية إلى تعزيز الرقابة على قطاعي الغذاء والدواء، وضمان سلامة المواطنين، وتكريس دور النيابة العامة في إنفاذ التشريعات ذات العلاقة.
