الحكومة تتفق مع شركة صينية لبحث جدوى الاستثمار في الهيدروجين الأخضر

قرر المجلس الموافقة على مذكرة تفاهم حول دراسات الجدوى لمشروع "الهيدروجين الأخضر في الأردن" بين وزارة الطاقة والثروة المعدنية وشركة مجموعة الطاقة المتحدة الصينية وذلك للاستثمار في مجال الميثانول الأخضر.

وتأتي مذكرة التفاهم في إطار تكثيف الجهود الوطنية لاستقطاب استثمارات الهيدروجين الأخضر، وللاستفادة من الحوافز التي تقدمها المملكة في هذا المجال، والتي من شأنها أن تسهم في تهيئة بيئة استثمارية جاذبة، ودعم تنفيذ مشاريع استراتيجية في الطاقة النظيفة، وتوفير فرص التشغيل، وتوطين صناعات وتعزيز مكانة الأردن كمركز إقليمي للطاقة المستدامة.
