قالت نائبة وزير الخارجية الإسرائيلي شارين هاسكل، الخميس، إن وجود إدارة مدنية سلمية غير إسرائيلية في غزة من بين الخطوط العريضة الخمسة لخطة الحكومة الإسرائيلية لإنهاء الحرب.

وتشمل الخطوط العريضة الأخرى إطلاق سراح المحتجزين الذين ما زالوا في غزة وإلقاء حركة (حماس) لسلاحها وجعل قطاع غزة منزوعا من السلاح بالكامل واحتفاظ إسرائيل بالسيطرة الأمنية.
