قال مصدر بوزارة الدفاع التركية الخميس إن بلاده ستساعد سوريا بتزويدها بأنظمة أسلحة وأدوات لوجستية بموجب اتفاق تعاون عسكري تم توقيعه الأربعاء، مضيفا أن أنقرة ستدرب الجيش السوري أيضا على استخدام هذه المعدات إذا لزم الأمر.

وأضاف المصدر في تصريحات للصحفيين في أنقرة أن قوات سوريا الديمقراطية التي يقودها الأكراد وتدعمها الولايات المتحدة لم تف بأي من الشروط المنصوص عليها في اتفاق آذار مع دمشق بشأن دمج الجماعة في أجهزة الدولة السورية، وأضاف أن أنقرة تتوقع أن تحترم الاتفاق على وجه السرعة.
