استقبل رئيس هيئة الأركان المشتركة اللواء الركن يوسف الحنيطي، الأربعاء، في مكتبه بالقيادة العامة، قائد الحرس الوطني لولاية كولورادو اللواء لورا كليلان، والوفد المرافق لها.

واستعرض اللواء الركن الحنيطي مع الضيف أوجه التعاون الثنائي، وآفاق تعزيز الشراكات العسكرية بين الجانبين، في مجالات التدريب والتأهيل وتبادل الخبرات، إضافةً إلى سبل التنسيق الدعم اللوجستي المشترك.

وأكد الجانبان أهمية استمرار برامج التعاون القائمة في مختلف المجالات التدريبية والتمارين العسكرية المشتركة، بما يعزز من كفاءة وجاهزية القوات المسلحة في البلدين الصديقين، ويسهم في دعم الأمن والاستقرار الإقليمي والدولي.

حضر اللقاء عدد من كبار ضباط القوات المسلحة الأردنية، والملحق الدفاعي الأميركي في عمّان.
