أنهى اتحاد كرة القدم، ورشة عمل فنية لمدربي ومدربات المنتخبات الوطنية للرجال والسيدات للفئات العمرية، بإشراف المحاضر من الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم «فيفا» كيلي كروس، بمشاركة 18 مدرباً ومدربة.

واشتملت الورشة، على عدة محاور تضمنت عرض استراتيجيات التخطيط وفق الرؤية الموضوعة والمستقبلية للمنتخبات الوطنية والبطولات الرسمية وآليات بناء الفرق واختيار اللاعبين واللاعبات وتعزيز النواحي الإيجابية ومعالجة السلبيات، بما يسهم في رفع مستوى كرة القدم الأردنية وتطويرها على المدى البعيد.

وتأتي هذه الورشة في إطار حرص الاتحاد على تطوير ودعم قطاع الفئات العمرية والارتقاء بالعمل الفني للمنتخبات الوطنية وتوحيد الجهود نحو تحقيق إنجازات مميزة على المستويين الإقليمي والقاري.
