"بلدية الكرك" تدعو إلى تجديد رخص المهن تجنبًا للتبعات القانونية

أهابت بلدية الكرك الكبرى بالمواطنين وأصحاب الحرف والمنشآت الواقعة ضمن حدود البلدية، بضرورة المبادرة إلى مراجعة قسم رخص المهن في البلدية، لتجديد الرخص الممنوحة لهم أو استكمال إجراءات إغلاق المنشآت غير المرخصة حسب الأصول.

وأكدت البلدية أنها ستباشر باتخاذ كافة الإجراءات القانونية بحق المخالفين، والتي تشمل إغلاق المحال غير المرخصة بالشمع الأحمر، وتحويل المخالفات إلى الجهات القضائية المختصة، وذلك حفاظًا على المصلحة العامة وتطبيقًا للأنظمة والتعليمات النافذة.

ودعت إلى التعاون مع البلدية والاستجابة الفورية، تفاديًا لأية تبعات قانونية.
