تحذير أممي من كارثة "ذات نطاق لا يمكن تصوره" في غزة

حذر مسؤول أممي، يوم الأحد، من أن قرار إسرائيل بالاستيلاء على مدينة غزة قد يؤدي إلى كارثة أخرى في القطاع الساحلي.

وقال مساعد الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة لأوروبا وآسيا الوسطى والأميركتين، ميروسلاف ينتشا: "نحن نشهد بالفعل كارثة إنسانية ذات نطاق لا يمكن تصوره في غزة".

وأضاف: "إذا تم تنفيذ هذه الخطط (الإسرائيلية)، فمن المرجح أن تؤدي إلى كارثة أخرى في غزة، وتتردد أصداؤها في جميع أنحاء المنطقة وتسبب مزيدا من النزوح القسري، والقتل، والدمار، مما يزيد من المعاناة التي لا تطاق للسكان".

وحتى الآن، لا يتوفر غير تفاصيل رسمية محدودة بشأن الخطط العسكرية الإسرائيلية. ومع ذلك، وفقا لتقارير وسائل الإعلام الإسرائيلية، تتوقع الحكومة تهجير جميع المدنيين من مدينة غزة بحلول 7 أكتوبر 2025، مما سيؤثر على حوالي 800 ألف شخص، العديد منهم نازحون بالفعل.
