قال الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترامب، الخميس، إنه من المهم انضمام دول الشرق الأوسط إلى اتفاقيات إبراهيم، وإن ذلك سيضمن السلام في المنطقة.

وكتب ترامب في منشور على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي: "الآن وبعد القضاء التام على الترسانة النووية التي تصنعها إيران، من المهم جدا بالنسبة لي أن تنضم جميع دول الشرق الأوسط إلى اتفاقيات إبراهيم".

وتعقدت جهود توسيع نطاق هذه الاتفاقيات بسبب ارتفاع عدد القتلى والمجاعة في غزة.
