وزارة العمل: لا إعفاءات من غرامات أو رسوم التصاريح للعمالة المخالفة

أكد الناطق الإعلامي باسم وزارة العمل محمد الزيود، الخميس، أنه لا يوجد لدى الوزارة أي توجه لإعلان "فترة تصويب أوضاع" تتضمن إعفاءات من غرامات أو رسوم تصاريح العمل للعمالة غير الأردنية المخالفة.

وشدد الزيود، في منشور عبر (فيسبوك)، على أن الوزارة لا تعتزم منح أي إعفاءات في هذا الإطار، موضحاً أن كل شخص غير أردني موجود على أراضي المملكة، سواء كان لاجئاً أو غير لاجئ، ويرغب في دخول سوق العمل، عليه إصدار تصريح عمل حسب الأصول.

وأضاف أن من انتهى تصريح عمله، عليه تجديده ودفع كافة الرسوم والغرامات المترتبة عليه، مع الالتزام بالعمل في المهنة المصرح له بها، وعند صاحب العمل المصرح له بالعمل لديه.
