لقي 4 أشخاص مصرعهم في ولاية أريزونا الأميركية فجر اليوم الأربعاء، جراء تحطم طائرة نقل طبي أثناء هبوطها واشتعال النار فيها.

وبحسب صحيفة واشنطن بوست، ذكرت شرطة (نافاجو) المحلية في بيان، أن "طائرة نقل طبي صغيرة ثنائية المحركات كانت في طريقها لنقل مريض من مستشفى قريب تحطمت واشتعلت فيها النيران، ما تسبب بمصرع جميع ركابها الأربعة".

وأكد البيان قيام المكتب الوطني لسلامة النقل وإدارة الطيران الفيدرالية بالتحقيق في الحادث لمعرفة التفاصيل، حيث أن سبب التحطم غير معروف حاليا، مشيرا إلى إغلاق جميع المداخل المؤدية إلى المطار حاليا.
