كلّفت الحكومة اللبنانية الثلاثاء الجيش وضع خطة تطبيقية لحصر السلاح قبل نهاية العام الحالي بيد القوى الشرعية، على أن يتم عرضها على مجلس الوزراء قبل نهاية الشهر الحالي، وفق ما أعلن رئيس الحكومة نواف سلام.

وفي ختام جلسة وزارية استمرت قرابة ست ساعات برئاسة رئيس الجمهورية جوزاف عون، أفاد سلام عن "تكليف الجيش اللبناني وضع خطة تطبيقية لحصر السلاح قبل نهاية العام الحالي بيد الجهات المحددة في إعلان الترتيبات الخاصة بوقف الاعمال العدائية وحدها"، في إشارة الى الجيش والأجهزة الأمنية، على أن يتم "عرضها على مجلس الوزراء قبل 31 من الشهر الجاري لنقاشها وإقرارها".
