أوعز وزير الداخلية مازن الفراية، للحكام الإداريين بالإفراج عن (572) موقوفا إداريا، وذلك اعتبارا من يوم غد الثلاثاء.

ويأتي هذا القرار، بهدف إتاحة الفرصة للمفرج عنهم بالانخراط في المجتمع وتمكينهم من مزاولة حياتهم الطبيعية بين أسرهم وأهاليهم، وذلك بعد أن تمت دراسة ملفاتهم وطبيعة قضاياهم، والاكتفاء بالمدد التي أمضوها بالتوقيف.

ويكرس هذا القرار، نهج الوزارة الإنساني بالتعامل مع التوقيف الإداري بالتوازي مع مراعاة الضوابط القانونية والأمنية التي تهدف الى تقييد النشاط الجرمي للأشخاص الخطرين.
