رحبت جمهورية العراق، اليوم الخميس، بإعلان عدد من الدول الصديقة، التوجه للاعتراف بدولة فلسطين.

وأعلنت وزارة الخارجية العراقية، في بيان صحافي، عن ترحيبها بإعلان عدد من الدول الصديقة بشأن الاعتراف بدولة فلسطين، وفي مقدمتها فرنسا، وكندا، ومالطا، والمملكة المتحدة، فضلاً عن البرتغال التي أعلنت بدء الإجراءات الرسمية بهذا الشأن، خلال أعمال الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة في أيلول المقبل.

وأكدت الخارجية:" أن هذه الخطوات تمثل دعماً مهماً للمسار الدولي الهادف إلى تحقيق العدالة للشعب الفلسطيني، وتمهد لإقامة الدولة الفلسطينية المستقلة، وعاصمتها القدس الشريف.
