التقى رئيس هيئة الأركان المشتركة اللواء الركن يوسف أحمد الحنيطي، أمس الأربعاء قائد القيادة المركزية الأمريكية الجنرال مايكل كوريلا.

وبحث اللواء الركن الحنيطي مع الضيف، الجهود المبذولة لتكريس الأمن الإقليمي وآخر التطورات التي تشهدها المنطقة، وأوجه التعاون والتنسيق المشترك في عدد من المجالات العسكرية بين البلدين الصديقين، إضافة إلى بحث سبل تعزيز العلاقات الثنائية وآلية تطويرها بشكل يسهم في تحقيق الأمن والسلم الإقليمي.

حضر اللقاء عدد من كبار ضباط القوات المسلحة الأردنية والملحق الدفاعي الأمريكي في عمّان.
