لقي ثلاثون شخصا مصرعهم وتمّ إجلاء أكثر من 80 ألف شخص من ديارهم في بكين بسبب أمطار غزيرة هطلت على العاصمة الصينية، بحسب ما أعلن الإعلام الرسمي الثلاثاء.

وقالت وكالة أنباء الصين الجديدة "شينخوا" إنّ "أحدث موجة من العواصف الرعدية الشديدة أسفرت حتى منتصف ليل الإثنين عن مقتل 30 شخصا في بكين"، بينما قالت صحيفة "بيجينغ ديلي" الرسمية على حسابها في موقع ويتشات إنّه "حتى الآن تمّ إجلاء ما مجموعه 80,332 شخصا" في العاصمة.

وكانت تقارير يوم الإثنين قد أفادت بأن الأمطار الغزيرة والفيضانات أسفرت عن مقتل أربعة أشخاص، بينما لا يزال ثمانية آخرون في عداد المفقودين، بعدما جرفتهم انهيارات أرضية في مقاطعة خبي.
