قالت الوكالة العربية السورية للأنباء (سانا) الثلاثاء إن منتدى سعوديا سوريا يهدف إلى بحث فرص التعاون وإبرام صفقات لتعزيز التنمية المستدامة سيُعقد الأربعاء في دمشق.

وأضافت الوكالة أن وفدا يضم رجال أعمال ومستثمرين سعوديين سيصل إلى العاصمة السورية غدا بهدف "استكشاف فرص التعاون المشترك".

وقالت الوكالة إن من المقرر أن تشهد الزيارة إعلان عدد من الصفقات والمشاريع المشتركة إضافة إلى توقيع مذكرات تفاهم بين الجانبين في مجالات متعددة.

وذكرت قناة الإخبارية السعودية الحكومية أن وزير الاستثمار السعودي سيرأس وفد بلاده.

وأضافت أن من المتوقع أن تشهد الزيارة توقيع صفقات تجارية تتجاوز قيمتها 15 مليار ريال (4 مليارات دولار).
