قالت مسؤولة الشؤون الخارجية في الاتحاد الأوروبي كايا كالاس، الثلاثاء، إنّها أبلغت وزير الخارجية الإسرائيلي جدعون ساعر بأن على قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي "التوقف عن قتل" مدنيين عند نقاط توزيع مساعدات في غزة.

وكتبت كالاس على (إكس) أن "قتل مدنيين يطلبون مساعدات في غزة أمر لا يمكن الدفاع عنه. تحدثت مجددا مع (وزير الخارجية الإسرائيلي) لتأكيد تفاهمنا بشأن تدفق المساعدات وأوضحتُ أن على الجيش الإسرائيلي التوقف عن قتل الناس في نقاط التوزيع".
