«مفوضية اللاجئين» مستمرة بالاستجابة الإنسانية

قالت المفوضية السامية للأمم المتحدة لشؤون اللاجئين في الأردن أنها وزعت (2.7) مليون دولار أمريكي في أيار الماضي، كمساعدات لتلبية الاحتياجات الأساسية، استفادت منها نحو (17,000) أسرة في المجتمعات المحلية.

كما سهّلت المفوضية إحالة أكثر من 800 لاجئ من مخيمي الأزرق والزعتري لتلقي الرعاية الصحية الأساسية، مثل غسيل الكلى، ورعاية التوليد الطارئة، ورعاية حديثي الولادة، وحالات حفظ الأعضاء في مرافق الرعاية الصحية العامة التابعة لها خارج المخيمات.

وأنشأت المفوضية 3 مكاتب مساعدة متنقلة في (سحاب ومادبا والزرقاء) بالتنسيق مع الصندوق الأردني الهاشمي للتنمية البشرية (جهد)، إلا أن هذه الجهود لم تكن كافية لتغطية جميع الاحتياجات.
