أعرب الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة أنطونيو غوتيريش عن "صدمته" جراء المعاناة الانسانية في غزة حيث باتت "آخر شرايين الحياة التي تبقي السكان على قيد الحياة على شفا الانهيار"، بحسب ما قال المتحدث باسمه الاثنين.

وقال ستيفان دوجاريك "يدين الأمين العام بشدة العنف المتواصل، بما في ذلك إطلاق النار وقتل وإصابة الأشخاص الذين يحاولون الحصول على طعام لعائلاتهم".
