أعلن المتحدث باسم الرئاسة الروسية "الكرملين"، ديمتري بيسكوف، اليوم الأحد، إن بلاده مستعدة للتحرك سريعا بشأن التوصل إلى اتفاق سلام مع أوكرانيا، ولكن هدفها الرئيسي هو ضمان الأمن القومي الروسي.

وقال بيسكوف خلال مؤتمر صحفي:"أعرب الرئيس الروسي، فلاديمير بوتين مرارا عن رغبته في تحويل عملية التسوية الأوكرانية إلى مسار سلمي في أقرب وقت ممكن، إنها عملية طويلة وتتطلب جهدًا، وهي ليست بسيطة وعلى الأرجح، يتزايد فهم هذا الأمر في واشنطن".
