قال مكتب رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي، الأحد، إن بنيامين نتنياهو يتعافى من وعكة أصيب فيها بتسمم غذائي وأضاف أنه سيستمر في أداء مهامه خلال فترة الراحة في المنزل على مدى الأيام الثلاثة المقبلة.

وقال بيان إن نتنياهو (75 عاما) شعر بوعكة خلال الليل واتضح أنه يعاني من التهاب في الأمعاء وجفاف ويتلقى سوائل عبر الوريد للتعافي من ذلك.

وذكر مكتبه "وفقا لتعليمات الأطباء، سيرتاح رئيس الوزراء في منزله الأيام الثلاثة المقبلة وسيدير شؤون الدولة من هناك".

وخضع نتنياهو لتركيب منظم لضربات القلب في 2023، كما أجريت له جراحة في كانون الأول الماضي لاستئصال البروستاتا بعد تشخيص إصابته بعدوى في المسالك البولية.
