أخلت النيابة العامة في عمّان، مساء الأحد، سبيل النائب ينال فريحات بكفالة، وذلك في إطار قضية تتعلق بجرائم إلكترونية.

وجاء قرار إخلاء السبيل بعد أن تقدم فريق الدفاع بطلب رسمي للكفالة أمام مدعي عام عمّان القاضي وائل العنيزان، الذي وافق على الطلب.

وكان المدعي العام قد قرر في وقت سابق توقيف النائب فريحات على خلفية منشور نُشر عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، ووجّه له تهمتي نشر أخبار كاذبة وإثارة النعرات، استناداً إلى أحكام المادتين 15 و17 من قانون الجرائم الإلكترونية.
