رحّبت وزارة الخارجية وشؤون المغتربين بتوقيع إعلان المبادئ بين حكومة جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية وتحالف "نهر الكونغو"- حركة "٢٣ مارس"، الذي عُقد في دولة قطر الشقيقة.

وأكّد الناطق الرسمي باسم الوزارة السفير د. سفيان القضاة ترحيب المملكة بهذا الإعلان الذي يُسهم في تعزيز الأمن والسلم في القارة الأفريقية، مُشيرًا إلى دعم الأردن لجميع الجهود الدبلوماسية التي تُسهِم في حل النزاعات عبر الطرق السلمية.

وثمّن السفير القضاة جهود دولة قطر الشقيقة في الوصول لهذا الإعلان، الذي يُعد خطوةً هامة نحو تحقيق المصالحة الوطنية، وتعزيز الاستقرار في إقليم شرق الكونغو.
