وفاة "الأمير النائم" بعد غيبوبة استمرت 20 عامًا

أعلن الأمير السعودي خالد بن طلال بن عبدالعزيز، وفاة نجله الأمير الوليد بن خالد بن طلال بن عبدالعزيز، المعروف بـ"الأمير النائم"، بعد 21 عامًا من دخوله في غيبوبة جراء حادث مروري.

وكتب الأمير خالد بن طلال بن عبدالعزيز، في حسابه عبر منصة إكس، السبت: "بقلوب مؤمنة بقضاء الله وقدره وببالغ الحزن والأسى ننعى ابننا الغالي الأمير الوليد بن خالد بن طلال بن عبدالعزيز آل سعود رحمه الله الذي انتقل إلى رحمة الله تعالى اليوم".

وأضاف الأمير خالد بن طلال أنه سيتم تشييع جثمان الأمير الوليد عصر غدٍ الأحد، في جامع الإمام تركي بن عبدالله الكائن في منطقة قصر الحكم وسط العاصمة السعودية الرياض.

وتعرض الأمير الوليد بن خالد لحادث مروري في عام 2005، دخل على إثره في غيبوبة حتى وفاته السبت.

وأكمل الأمير النائم الـ36 عامًا من عمره في 18 من أبريل/ نيسان 2025.
