استقرت أسعار الذهب الجمعة مع الاتجاه إلى تسجيل انخفاض أسبوعي؛ متأثرة بارتفاع الدولار والبيانات الاقتصادية الأميركية القوية، في حين ارتفع البلاتين إلى أعلى مستوى منذ آب 2014.

وسجل الذهب في المعاملات الفورية 3337.60 دولارا للأوقية (الأونصة) بحلول الساعة 05:03 بتوقيت غرينتش. وانخفضت العقود الأميركية الآجلة للذهب 0.1% إلى 3343.10 دولارا. وتراجع الذهب 0.5% منذ بداية الأسبوع وحتى الآن.

وانخفض الدولار 0.1% مقابل العملات المنافسة الجمعة، لكنه يتجه لتحقيق المكاسب الأسبوعية الثانية على التوالي. ومن شأن ارتفاع الدولار أن يجعل الذهب المسعر بالعملة الأميركية أكثر تكلفة لحائزي العملات الأخرى.
