فرض الاتحاد الأوروبي حزمة جديدة من العقوبات على روسيا على خلفية الحرب في أوكرانيا تشمل خفض سعر النفط الروسي الموجه للتصدير، على ما أفادت مصادر دبلوماسية.

وأكد دبلوماسي في بروكسل في ختام اجتماع لسفراء الاتحاد الأوروبي صباح الجمعة "توصلنا إلى اتفاق حول حزمة عقوبات ثامنة عشرة قوية وفاعلة ضد روسيا".
