وزارة التربية : ستعاد إلى المعلمين المبالغ المالية المقتطعة لصالح النقابة

أكد الناطق الاعلامي في وزارة التربية والتعليم محمود حياصات أنه سيتم إعادة جميع المبالغ المقتطعة من المعلمين لصالح النقابة إلى مستحقيها حسب الأصول اعتباراً من تاريخ صدور قرار المحكمة الدستورية المتعلق بعدم دستورية قانون النقابة بتاريخ 2025/7/17.

وفي رد على سؤال وكالة الانباء الأردنية (بترا ) بين حياصات أن جميع الاقتطاعات المالية التي حصلت لصالح نقابة المعلمين الأردنيين بالاستناد الى قانون نقابة المعلمين الأردنيين والتشريعات الصادرة بمقتضاه، ستعاد إلى مستحقيها.

وأشار إلى أن هذا الإجراء يأتي في أعقاب صدور قرار من قبل المحكمة الدستورية يقضي بعدم دستورية قانون نقابة المعلمين الأردنيين رقم (14) سنة (2011) وتعديلاته.
