حضّ المبعوث الأميركي الى سوريا توم براك الاربعاء جميع الأطراف على التراجع والانخراط في حوار يفضي الى وقف دائم لإطلاق النار، بعيد تحذير إسرائيل السلطة الانتقالية من مغبّة التعرض للدروز في السويداء وشنّها ضربات عدة قرب رئاسة الأركان العسكرية.

وفي منشور على منصة اكس، كتب براك "ندين بشدة العنف ضد المدنيين في السويداء"، مضيفا "على جميع الأطراف التراجع والانخراط في حوار هادف يفضي الى وقف إطلاق نار دائم"، مشددا على ضرورة "محاسبة المرتكبين".
