قرَّر مجلس الوزراء في جلسته التي عقدها الأربعاء، برئاسة رئيس الوزراء جعفر حسَّان، الموافقة على الأسباب الموجبة لمشروع نظام التنظيم الإداري لهيئة الخدمة والإدارة العامة لسنة 2025؛ تمهيداً لإرساله إلى ديوان التشريع والرأي، لاستكمال إجراءات إصداره حسب الأصول.
ويأتي مشروع النِّظام نظراً لصدور النظام المعدِّل لنظام هيئة الخدمة والإدارة العامة رقم 32 لسنة 2025م، وبهدف تمكين الهيئة من القيام بالمهام المنوطة بها وترشيق الإدارة التنفيذية والهيكل التنظيمي لها، وتعزيز حوكمة اتخاذ القرار بما يضمن حسن سير العمل وتبسيط الإجراءات وزيادة المرونة وتحديد الأدوار والمسؤوليات بشكل أوضح.
ومن شأن التَّعديلات تقليل التَّداخل والازدواجيَّة في المهام والمسؤوليَّات، ورفع مستوى الأداء بما ينسجم مع متطلبات تحديث القطاع العام.
