قالت وزارة الخارجية الروسية، اليوم الخميس، إن موسكو تنتظر من كييف مقترحات بشأن الجولة الثالثة من المفاوضات المنوي عقدها في مدينة إسطنبول التركية، لإنهاء النزاع العسكري وإقامة سلام دائم.

وقالت المتحدثة باسم الخارجية الروسية ماريا زاخاروفا خلال مؤتمر صحفي"إن روسيا تواصل التقدم في منطقة العملية العسكرية الخاصة، والجانب الأوكراني ملزم مع كل يوم بالتسليم بالأمر الواقع الجديد على الأرض، القوات الروسية تتقدم وتُنشئ منطقة عازلة لضمان الأمن القومي الروسي".
