أعلن البيت الأبيض أن من المتوقع أن يوقع الرئيس دونالد ترامب الاثنين أمرا يقضي بتأجيل الموعد النهائي لزيادة الرسوم الجمركية على عشرات البلدان، من الاتحاد الأوروبي إلى اليابان.

وقالت المتحدثة باسم البيت الأبيض كارولاين ليفيت للصحافيين إن الموعد النهائي الذي حُدد في 9 تموز/يوليو، سيُؤجل إلى 1 آب/أغسطس. وأضافت أن ترامب سيُخاطب القادة الأجانب بشأن "معدل الرسوم الجمركية المتبادلة" التي ستُفرض على بلادهم خلال الشهر المقبل.
