أدى نحو 40 ألفًا صلاة الجمعة في المسجد الأقصى المبارك-الحرم القدسي الشريف، في ظل الإجراءات العسكرية المشددة التي تفرضها سلطات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي على الوصول إلى المسجد.

وقدرت دائرة الأوقاف الإسلامية في القدس، أن نحو 40 ألف مصلٍ، أدوا الجمعة في رحاب المسجد الأقصى.

وأفادت وكالة الأنباء الفلسطينية (وفا)، بأن قوات الاحتلال عرقلت وصول المصلين إلى المسجد الأقصى لأداء الصلاة عبر بابي العامود والأسباط، ودققت في هوياتهم، وأوقفت عددا من الشبان ومنعتهم من الدخول إلى المسجد.

وتواصل قوات الاحتلال فرض قيود مشددة على دخول المصلين إلى المسجد الأقصى خاصة خلال أيام الجمعة.
