تعهّد رئيس الوزراء الإسرائيلي بنيامين نتانياهو اليوم الأربعاء القضاء على حركة حماس "حتى الجذور"، وذلك قبل أيام من لقائه المرتقب مع الرئيس الأميركي دونالد ترامب الذي يدفع باتّجاه وقف لإطلاق النار في قطاع غزة.

وفي حين أعلنت الحركة الفلسطينية أنها تدرس مقترح هدنة في غزة عرضه الوسطاء، قال نتانياهو "لن تكون هناك حماس، ولا حماسستان، لن نعود إلى (هذه الحال). انتهى الأمر. سنحرّر كل رهائننا وسنقضي على حماس سنقضي عليهم حتى الجذور".
