"تضامن": تحسن في المشاركة الاقتصادية للنساء

أكدت جمعية معهد تضامن النساء الأردني تسجيل تحسن نسبي في المشاركة الاقتصادية للنساء في الأردن، حيث ارتفعت النسبة من 12.6 بالمئة عام 2014 إلى 14.9 بالمئة في 2024.

وأشارت الجمعية، في بيان، اليوم الأربعاء، إلى أن هذا التحسن جاء متزامنا مع تعديل عدد من التشريعات المرتبطة بسوق العمل، وإطلاق استراتيجيات وطنية شملت التمكين الاقتصادي والحماية الاجتماعية والعمل المرن، وهو ما أسهم في تهيئة بيئة أكثر دعما لمشاركة النساء، خاصة بعد إزالة العديد من العوائق المؤسسية والثقافية التي كانت تحد من دخولهن سوق العمل.

وطالبت بتقديم حوافز للقطاع الخاص، وتوسيع نطاق التدريب والتأهيل المهني للنساء، خصوصا في المحافظات، فضلا عن تعزيز الحماية القانونية للنساء في سوق العمل.
