حظر النشر في قضية التسمم الكحولي

قرر رئيس النيابة العامة، القاضي نايف السمارات، حظر نشر أي معلومات تتعلق بالقضية التحقيقية رقم 828/2025 والمعروفة باسم قضية التسمم الكحولي، اعتبارا من اليوم الأربعاء.

وجاء القرار استناداً لأحكام المواد 225 من قانون العقوبات والمادتين 38 و 39 من قانون المطبوعات والنشر.

ووجه مدير عام هيئة الإعلام بشير المومني، تعميما للعمل بمضمون القرار القضائي والتقيد بعدم نشر أي معلومات تتعلق بهذه القضية أو مجريات التحقيق فيها أو نشر أو إعادة نشر أو تداول أي صور أو فيديوهات تتعلق بهذه القضية، علما أن الحظر يشمل وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وفقا لمنطوق القرار.

وكانت محكمة الجنايات الكبرى قد أسندت عددا من التهم لـ 25 متهما في قضية التسمم الكحولي، حيث أسندت تهم القتل وجناية القتل لـ 12متهما، فيما أسندت تهمة التدخل بالقتل لـ 13 آخرين.
