التقى رئيس هيئة الأركان المشتركة اللواء الركن يوسف أحمد الحنيطي، أمس الثلاثاء قائد القيادة المركزية الأميركية الجنرال مايكل كوريلا.

وبحث اللواء الركن الحنيطي مع الضيف، الجهود الهادفة إلى تعزيز التعاون الإقليمي والأمني وآخر التطورات التي تشهدها المنطقة، وأوجه التعاون والتنسيق المشترك في عدد من المجالات التي تخدم القوات المسلحة في البلدين الصديقين، إضافة إلى بحث العلاقة الاستراتيجية التي تربط البلدين الصديقين وضرورة توحيد الجهود الدولية لتحقيق الأمن والسلم في الإقليم.

وحضر اللقاء عدد من كبار ضباط القوات المسلحة الأردنية والملحق الدفاعي الأميركي في عمّان.
