قرر مجلس إدارة الاتحاد الأردني للكرة الطائرة تعزيز الجهاز الفني للمنتخبات الوطنية بالمدربين أحمد العواملة ومحمد دقماق، واللذان سيتوليان تدريبات المنتخبات الوطنية الشاطئية في المرحلة المقبلة.

ويعتبر العواملة ودقماق من اللاعبين المخضرمين في ملاعب الكرة الطائرة، حيث سبق لهما تمثيل المنتخبات الوطنية في الكثير من البطولات ولسنوات عديدة، خصوصا في الكرة الطائرة الشاطئية، إضافة إلى ما يتمتعان به من أخلاق عالية.
