مجلس الأمن يناقش الوضع في السودان

يعقد مجلس الأمن الدولي اليوم الجمعة، جلسة مفتوحة، تليها مشاورات مغلقة بشأن السودان.

وتعقد هذه الجلسة عملا بالقرار رقم 2715 المؤرخ في 1 كانون الأول 2023، الذي طلب من الأمين العام تقديم إحاطة كل 120 يوما حول "جهود الأمم المتحدة لدعم السودان في مسيرته نحو السلام والاستقرار".

وتقدم مساعدة الأمين العام لشؤون أفريقيا، مارثا أما أكيا بوبي، إحاطة في الجلسة المفتوحة فيما يقدم المبعوث الشخصي للأمين العام إلى السودان، رمطان لعمامرة، إحاطة في المشاورات المغلقة.
