عمّق الاقتصاد الأميركي انكماشه في القراءة الثالثة للناتج المحلي الإجمالي عن الربع الأول من العام الحالي، فيما تسارع مؤشر نفقات الاستهلاك الشخصي.

ووفقاً للبيانات الصادرة اليوم الخميس عن مكتب التحليل الاقتصادي، تراجع الناتج المحلي الإجمالي للولايات المتحدة بنحو 0.5 بالمئة وفقاً للقراءة الثالثة، مقابل تراجع بنحو 0.2 بالمئة و0.3 بالمئة في القراءة الثانية والأولى على الترتيب.

ووفق ما نقلت شبكة (سي إن بي سي) الاقتصادية، ارتفع مؤشر نفقات الاستهلاك الشخص بنحو 3.7 بالمئة في الفترة من كانون الثاني وحتى آذار، أعلى من القراءة الثانية عند 3.6 بالمئة.

فيما ارتفع المؤشر ذاته، لكن مع استثناء الطاقة والغذاء بنسبة 3.5 بالمئة وهو أيضاً مستوى يتجاوز مستويات القراءة الثانية عند 3.4 بالمئة.
