نفى رئيس بلدية غرب إربد جمال البطاينة ما يُشاع حول "رفض البلدية منح إذن الحفر وتعطيل العطاء" غير صحيح إطلاقاً، مشيراً إلى أن البلدية قد قامت بتزويد الجهة المنفذة بجميع الكتب الرسمية المطلوبة، بما فيها إذن الحفر، دعماً لهذا المشروع الحيوي.

و أكد رئيس البلدية أن خلال لقائه بمجموعة من أهالي بلدة كفررحتا، وذلك بهدف توضيح ما تم تداوله مؤخراً حول مشروع تحديث شبكة المياه في البلدة.

وشدد على أن البلدية حريصة على التعاون مع جميع الجهات ذات العلاقة بما يخدم أهالي كفررحتا وكافة مناطق غرب إربد، وأنها ملتزمة بالشفافية والتواصل المستمر مع المجتمع المحلي.
