قال الرئيس الأوكراني فولوديمير زيلينسكي الأربعاء إن "كل مجرمي الحرب الروس" يجب أن يحاكموا "بمن فيهم" الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين.

وتابع زيلينسكي في خطاب أمام مجلس أوروبا في ستراسبورغ بعيد توقيع اتفاقية إنشاء محكمة خاصة للنظر في "جريمة العدوان" الروسي ضد بلاده "يتطلّب الأمر شجاعة سياسية وقضائية، لضمان محاكمة كل مجرمي الحرب الروس، بمن فيهم بوتين".
