الاحتلال يعيد فتح أبواب كنيسة القيامة في القدس

أعادت سلطات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، صباح الأربعاء، فتح أبواب كنيسة القيامة في القدس، وذلك بعد أكثر من 12 يوما من الإغلاق.

وقالت محافظة القدس، إن سلطات الاحتلال أقدمت على رفع حالة الطوارئ المفروضة منذ 12 يوما، وذلك على خلفية التصعيد العسكري الأخير مع إيران. وفي أعقاب هذا التطور، أُعيد فتح كنيسة القيامة.

وتابعت المحافظة: تحمل كنيسة القيامة أهمية بالغة لدى المسيحيين حول العالم، حيث تُعد من أقدس المواقع الدينية لديهم، ما يجعلها معلما تاريخيا بارزا في قلب البلدة القديمة بالقدس.

يذكر أن المسيحيين الفلسطينيين من الضفة الغربية، ممنوعين من دخول القدس والصلاة في كنيسة القيامة وزيارة مقدساتهم المسيحية في المدينة، وذلك للسنة الثانية على التوالي.
