أعلنت أمانة عمان الكبرى اليوم الأربعاء عن نيتها تقديم طلب إلى مجلس الوزراء لاستصدار قرار استملاك ووضع اليد بطريق الحيازة الفورية على العديد من المساحات من قطع الأراضي، لغايات شوارع وساحات وحدائق ومباني عامه ومواقف سيارات وكما هو مبين بالمخطط رقم (15/3762) تاريخ 18/5/2025.

وذلك مشروعا للنفع العام بالمعنى المقصود في قانون الملكية العقارية السالف الذكر

وأكدت أمانة عمان أن هذه الخطوة جاءت بمقتضى أحكام المواد (179, 181, 182, 183, 204) من قانون الملكية العقارية رقم (13) لسنة 2019، وذلك بعد مضي 15 يوماً من تاريخ نشر الإعلان الخاص في هذه الأراضي في الصحف المحلية.
