قال وزير الدولة لتطوير القطاع العام الدكتور خير أبو صعيليك إن الحكومة تفكر في إصدار نظام موحد للموارد البشرية للبلديات.

ولفت أبو صعيليك خلال جلسة حوارية نظمها صالون أمانة عمان الثقافي الذي يعده وينسقه الصحفي محمد الزيود وتنظمه دائرة المرافق والبرامج الثقافية في الأمانة إلى أن امانة عمان الكبرى أنجزت نظاما جديد للموارد البشرية لموظفيها وسترفعه بنسخته النهائية إلى مجلس الوزراء.
