أكد الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب، الأحد أن الضربات الأميركية دمرت المواقع النووية الإيرانية المستهدفة، رغم تحذير مسؤولين من أن الحجم الحقيقي للأضرار لا يزال غير واضح.

وكتب ترامب على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي "لحق ضرر هائل بجميع المواقع النووية في إيران، كما أظهرت صور الأقمار الصناعية. التدمير مصطلح دقيق"، دون أن يرفق منشوره بالصور التي أشار إليها. وأضاف ترامب "الضرر الأكبر وقع على عمق كبير تحت مستوى سطح الأرض. اصابة محققة لنقطة الهدف الرئيسية".
