اعتبر وزير الخارجية الإيراني عباس عراقجي الأحد أن الضربات الأميركية على ثلاث منشآت نووية رئيسية في الجمهورية الإسلامية "شنيعة"، محذرا من أنه ستكون لها "تداعيات دائمة"، وبأن إيران "تحتفظ بكل الخيارات" للدفاع عن سيادتها.

وكتب عراقجي على منصة إكس "ارتكبت الولايات المتحدة، العضو الدائم في مجلس الأمن الدولي، انتهاكا خطيرا لميثاق الأمم المتحدة، والقانون الدولي، ومعاهدة حظر الانتشار النووي، عبر مهاجمة المنشآت السلمية النووية" للجمهورية الإسلامية. أضاف "أحداث هذا الصباح شنيعة وستكون لها تداعيات دائمة".
