قال وزير الخارجية الفرنسي جان-نويل بارو إن الرعايا الفرنسيين الراغبين بمغادرة إيران يمكنهم المرور عبر أرمينيا وتركيا "من دون تأشيرة دخول".

وأوضح الوزير من جهة أخرى أن الراغبين بمغادرة إسرائيل يمكنهم الوصول برا إلى الأردن ومصر حيث ستنقلهم حافلات إلى المطارات، مشيرا أنه سيتم تخصيص طائرة لهذا الغرض من العاصمة الأردنية عمان "في نهاية الأسبوع" الحالي.
