حضّ رئيس هيئة الأركان في القوات المسلحة الإيرانية عبد الرحيم موسوي سكان مدينتي حيفا وتل أبيب الإسرائيليتين إلى إخلائهما، محذّرا من هجمات "عقابية" تعتزم طهران شنّها.

وقال موسوي في بيان بالفيديو أورده التلفزيون الرسمي في اليوم الخامس من المواجهة غير المسبوقة بين إسرائيل وإيران والتي بدأتها الدولة الإسرائيلية باستهداف مواقع عسكرية ونووية في الجمهورية الإسلامية "ستُنفّذ عمليات عقابية قريبا". وحضّ "بشدة سكان الأراضي المحتلة، وخاصة تل أبيب وحيفا، على مغادرة هذه المناطق من أجل سلامتهم".
